Title: Investment Counselor
Location: Tampa, FL - Camas, WA or Plano, TX
- Fully onsite 5 days a week for 1st year. Can qualify for 50 total remote days per year after that
- Will provide relocation – they are fully open to relocation candidates
Full Time
Total Comp: $85K-95K bonus (105K-130K On Target Earnings)
Work Authorization: Must be able to work Full Time on a W2
Must-haves
- 3 years of client facing advising/relationship building within financial services, wealth management, banking, or insurance industries
- Bachelors degree (highly preferred but can be flex for all stars)
- Great communication skills
PLUSSES
- Series 65 (Client will help you obtain this upon starting)
- Any other Series certifications

Insight Global is looking for multiple Investment Counselors to join their clients team. As an Investment Counselor, you are the voice to our clients in the United States. You will partner with our internal portfolio decision-makers, auxiliary research teams, client service associates, and renowned sales team to give our clients the best service possible. With our commitment to being a fee-only fiduciary firm, you'll appreciate knowing our compensation structure aligns with our clients' best interests without relying on commissions. Through our unique training program, offers an elevated finance and capital markets education to understand our firm's unique approach. You will report to your group manager whose previous experience in the role will assist you in navigating client relationships and provide personalized career development.
You will be focusing on $1 million net worth clientele. Managing 200 of your own clients that you have to reach out to at least once a quarter. No cold calling, or wearing “many hats”. You will be provided a roster of high net worth clients.
- Be the heart of our Private Client Group, build trusting relationships with our clients and educate them on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments and important market events
- Proactively connect with clients on a quarterly basis to review their asset allocation and ensure we're on the right track towards their long term financial goals
- Rely on our sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients within the first year
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
