JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global in the food manufacturing/distribution industry is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (0–2 years of experience) who is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual in English and Spanish. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth communication across warehouse teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) High school diploma or equivalent 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or a related field Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, simple reporting) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and follow established processes
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Exposure to inventory management systems or ERP tools Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
