JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking an Entry Level IT Support Technician (Level 1) to work onsite with one of our largest clients, headquartered in Hudson, OH. In this role, you’ll support a large, nationwide organization and gain real-world IT experience in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with a large-scale device rollout, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iPads across 250 office locations
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal users, assisting with basic troubleshooting and technical issues
- Set up, image, deploy, and replace end user hardware
- Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT teams when needed
- Deliver a positive, customer focused support experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands on experience in a professional IT support environment (internships, co ops, or school-based IT roles accepted)
- Basic understanding of Tier 1 hardware and software support, including laptops, PCs, printers, and mobile devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a willingness to help end users
Compensation:
$21/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
