This individual will play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation initiative by leading functional workstreams and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery. The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise programs, executive stakeholders, and multiple interconnected projects while driving successful business outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 5 years of IT Program or Project Management experience
• Experience leading enterprise technology programs, transformations, or large-scale initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent projects simultaneously
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with program governance, risk management, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Experience working within a structured PMO environment
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• PgMP certification
• SAFe Program Consultant certification
• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience
• Digital transformation or enterprise modernization experience
• Engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services industry experience
Position Overview
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives as part of a broader ERP transformation program.
