Insight Global is seeking a Communication Program Manager to join a Fortune 4 retail pharmacy client. This individual will support a high-visibility PMO and Corporate Workplace Services organization by developing, executing, and managing internal communication strategies that drive organizational alignment, engagement, training, and change adoption. This role will partner closely with leadership to create communication plans, improve messaging standards, and ensure employees remain informed and connected to departmental priorities and initiatives.
On a day-to-day basis, the Communication Program Manager will create and distribute communications across multiple mediums including presentations, videos, SharePoint sites, newsletters, training materials, and live events. They will analyze communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement improvements to increase engagement and adoption across the organization. This individual will also lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and employee engagement programs while overseeing document control processes, SOP management, and content governance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5 years of experience in communications, change management, program management, employee engagement, or organizational communications
- Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies for large organizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level communications and presentations
- Experience managing onboarding, training, knowledge management, or employee engagement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
- Experience creating communication content across multiple channels and formats
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing documentation, SOPs, or content repositories
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Compensation:
- $40-$55/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
