Job Description
Lead end-to-end rollout execution of restaurant technologies (POS, digital ordering, kitchen systems, loyalty, back-office systems)
Execute pilot → phased rollout → full-scale deployment strategies
Manage cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
Coordinate across product, engineering, operations, and vendors
Drive restaurant-level readiness including training, communications, and SOP alignment
Required Experience
8–12 years in technology implementation, program delivery, or change management
Proven experience in multi-site rollout deployments (restaurant, retail, or similar environments)
Strong understanding of restaurant or retail technologies (POS, digital, kitchen systems)
Experience working with field operations and/or franchise models
Hands-on experience managing cutovers and go-live execution
Preferred Experience
QSR or restaurant industry experience
Success Criteria (Contract Outcomes)
Successful rollout of prioritized technology initiatives across defined markets
High adoption and usability of deployed solutions in restaurants
Minimal disruption during go-live and faster stabilization
Positive feedback from franchisees and field operations
Reusable rollout playbooks and improved deployment efficiency
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
