Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Associate Attorney - Corporate Immigration to join a well-established legal team supporting employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients. This individual will manage a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions while partnering with clients, HR teams, and senior attorneys to provide strategic immigration guidance.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of employment-based immigration matters and visa petitions
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and supporting documentation
- Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Conduct legal research and communicate with government agencies as needed
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex case matters
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to legal resources and templates
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all casework
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. state
- 1–3 years of corporate/business immigration law experience - Experience handling employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and other visa petitions - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing and reviewing legal filings, petitions, and supporting documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience advising corporate clients and HR teams on immigration processes and compliance
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Experience communicating with government agencies regarding immigration matters
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience mentoring paralegals or legal support staff
Compensation: Ranges from $100,000- $130,000 a year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
