Role: Sr Finance Analyst
Duration: Direct Hire
Salary: $130K
Location: Fully Onsite – Lenexa, KS, occasional travel
Must-Haves:
- 5-7 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance experience
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience owning financial performance for projects, business units, or large operations
- Leadership, mentoring, or people management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and business leaders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Plusses:
- Big 4 public accounting or consulting background (internal note only)
- Audit experience
- Construction, EPC, manufacturing, industrial, or project-based industry experience
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
Day-to-Day:
- Serve as the finance lead across multiple large-scale construction/power projects
- Manage and develop project finance team members
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and project performance analysis
- Partner with operations and project leadership to support business decisions and profitability
- Present financial results, risks, and opportunities to senior and executive leadership
- Support commercial strategy, project controls, and financial accountability initiatives
Salary : $130,000
