Job Description

Our large semiconductor client is looking for a FAB Capacity & Demand Planner in Breinigsville, PA. They need someone who can step in and contribute immediately in a high-volume semiconductor fab environment. The role requires owning end-to-end fab planning for wafer production, partnering closely with marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure demand is aligned with factory capacity. This person be responsible for collecting demand inputs, modeling capacity, optimizing production flow, and ensuring wafers move efficiently through the fab. This is a highly cross-functional role supporting a mission-critical optical semiconductor manufacturing site with a strong focus on throughput, optimization, and real-time decision making.

This role is 5 days a week onsite in Breinigsville with a salary range of $80k-$120k base.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
