Position Overview:
The EHS Lead will oversee all Environmental, Health, and Safety activities for the Micron facility buildout project. This role ensures compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and client requirements while promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professionally Recognized Certification (CSP, CIH, CHST) – Required
- 5 years of experience in construction safety
- 3 years of Safety Program Management experience
Credentials & Training (All Required):
- Professionally recognized safety certification (CSP, CIH, CHST)
- Proven track record in managing safety programs for large-scale projects
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
- OSHA 500 Certification
- Semiconductor project experience
Core Duties:
- Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Conduct daily site visits; identify and correct hazards
- Complete 4 Work Area Evaluations per day and submit immediately
- Document all findings (unsafe acts, positive behaviors, corrective actions, photos)
- Investigate incidents and near misses; report and maintain OSHA documentation
Salary : $45 - $52
