equired Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience supporting Medicare Part A enrollment (hospital and facility-level enrollment required). Hands-on experience enrolling hospitals and offsite/provider-based locations with CMS. Familiarity with provider-based status attestations and related CMS documentation. Experience obtaining and managing NPIs for hospitals and various locations. Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-through skills across multiple stakeholders. Ability to ramp quickly, work independently, and manage a documentation-heavy workload.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

General background in credentialing or centralized credentialing operations. Experience supporting large, multi-facility health systems with complex footprints. Prior exposure to CMS regulatory changes impacting hospital-based and offsite services. Experience in a contract, temporary, or project-based role. Paralegal or compliance-adjacent background (not required).

Job Description

The position will support Medicare Part A enrollment activities for hospitals and offsite locations across the health system. This includes preparing and submitting enrollment applications, managing provider-based status attestations, and obtaining NPIs as needed. The individual will coordinate document collection and validation across internal teams to ensure CMS requirements are met accurately and on time. They will help address a growing backlog driven by new CMS requirements impacting hospital-based and offsite services. This role is highly process-driven and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
