We’re hiring an Electronic Warfare (EW) Mission Coordinator to support Navy training operations within the Navy Integrated Training Environment. This role is critical to planning and executing Electronic Warfare training exercises, supporting operational readiness for fleet forces.
You’ll work hands-on with tactical systems, training events, and mission coordination—collaborating directly with military teams in both land- and sea-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, brief, execute, and debrief Electronic Warfare training exercises
- Provide EW injects and support training scenarios for operational exercises
- Operate tactical communication systems (VHF, UHF, HF) during mission execution
- Coordinate and execute operations on San Clemente Island and surrounding waters
- Support offshore training events aboard Range Support Craft (RSC)
- Compile post-exercise deliverables, including video, audio, and digital mission data
- Assist in developing training scenarios and supporting mission readiness objectives
- Ensure seamless coordination across training participants and support teams
Required Qualifications
- One of the following: Bachelor’s degree 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree 3 years of experience, OR 9 years of relevant experience (in lieu of degree)
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Warfare operations or training environments
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience in Electronic Warfare / Signals Intelligence (ELINT)
- Navy experience (officer or enlisted) with EW/Information Operations (IO)
- CTT / CTR / CTM ratings strongly preferred
- Experience with ELINT databases and analysis tools
- Basic networking knowledge supporting remote or distributed systems
- Familiarity with Navy operational procedures and directives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
Salary : $40 - $52
