Electrical Superintendent

We're hiring multiple Electrical Superintendents to support a hyper-scale data center construction project in Childress, TX. This role is a senior field leader responsible for managing all day to day electrical construction activities for the project.
This is a great opportunity for experienced electrical construction professionals who have worked in industrial, semiconductor, data center, or other high-tech environments and enjoy fast-paced, complex projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee multiple subcontractors and trades, including civil, structural, and MEP teams, to keep work on schedule, safe, and aligned with design plans
- Lead daily coordination meetings, tracks progress, solves field issues, and adjusts plans to keep momentum on a fast paced job site
- Enforce safety standards, ensuring quality installation, supporting inspections and commissioning, and communicating updates to leadership and clients
- Manage multiple scopes at once, anticipate problems before they happen, and lead teams effectively in a high pressure, mission critical environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Strong experience in Electrical or relative MEP discipline
- Experience with safety and following lock-out tag out procedures
- Experience managing subcontracts, scope, and execution
- Experience in schedule development and tracking
- Experience on industrial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, or other high-tech construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment
Compensation & Perks
- $65-$80/hr based on experience
- $1,100 weekly per diem ($160/day)
- 50 hours per week with overtime opportunities
