- Experience executing enterprise journey orchestration strategy across commercial and transactional email channels
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing lifecycle journey
- Strong background with email service providers and foundational understanding of consumer lifecycle

Day-to-day:
This person will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing and operationalizing enterprise journey orchestration and personalization strategy, with an initial focus on commercial and transactional email. This role partners closely with senior product leadership, CRM strategy, engineering, and analytics teams to translate enterprise vision into delivery-ready requirements, orchestrated journeys, and measurable outcomes.
Salary : $50 - $65
