Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with both Windows 7 and 10
Experience supporting Office 365
1-3 years of basic troubleshooting experience
Experience with following documented process
Experience working with end users (communication)
Exposure to SCCM
Exposure to IOS or Android (phone/tablet) support
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams
SCCM from a high level -- all of the software packages come through this
Remote support tools -- UltraVMC -- SCCM Viewer -- MS Teams for screensharing
Job Description:
Consultant needs some asset management experience and basic foundation for IT troubleshooting. Consultant will need to communicate with end users well and follow process and procedures for all IT support. There are 110 sites connected to the (client) network. 75% of the offices -- have end users in them that need support so having remote support experience is key. This position will be 12 Months Long Term extensions.
