Required Skills & Experience
- Experience gathering interface and data requirements from business teams
- Experience documenting how data maps from old systems into SAP
- Expertise in data interpretation and Mapping, Master data structures, and transformation rules.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate high degree of ownership - manage nuances, data control, complexity interfaces
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with BTP Integration Suite is preferred.
- Integration testing of interfaces
- Experience with SAP interfaces (IDoc, BODS, BAPI) and SAP conversions.
Job Description
The BA will be supporting interface and data conversion efforts by partnering with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements, analyze current‑state data and processes, and define future‑state interface and master data solutions aligned to the SAP global template. This role coordinates closely with SAP IT, source system teams, finance systems leads, and stakeholders to document functional specifications, facilitate working sessions, support testing cycles, and validate interface outputs while also assisting project managers with task tracking, issue management, and timeline support.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $64hr to $68hr
