Job Description
:This position will oversee the process of Outside Counsel Guideline review, support Finance Intake with review of new Clients and Matters and liaison on Time Entry Policy conformity. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities
- :Full responsibility for tracking and coordinating with General Counsel, Attorneys, Clients, and various Firm Departments on the review, storage, and implementation of Outside Counsel Guideline
- sRisk assessment on new and existing Clients of the Fir
- mReview and process the opening of new Clients and Matters ensuring they align with Financial Policies and implement special billing arrangement
- sAlign with HR on Time Entry Policy conformit
- yAd hoc requests as directed by Intake Manage
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
