Compensation Benefits Manager

Insight Global is looking to hire on an ICM Consultant for a large customer in the Fort Mill, SC area. Position Responsibilities: - Apply business and technological knowledge in consulting with business partners and project teams to understand needs and requirements. Serve as the Power User/ back up to subject matter expert and provide recommendations for effective technological solutions. - Analyze business requirements and translate into technical requirements. - Develop and maintain documentation of complex technological solutions and implementation requirements. - Collaborate with business and internal ET partners to develop requirements to extract and transform data from various sources within the organization’s technical framework. - Work to continue to configure ICM with scalable, flexible, and maintainable processes and solutions which support the business rules of incentive compensation plans. - Perform quality assurance testing of system configuration and modifications to data input and output processes to ensure end-to-end data integrity. - Provide timely response to assess and analyze complex issues and technical problems. Determine root causes and recommend appropriate process or system changes to avoid future issues. - Ensure compliance with internal audit, established business policies and procedures, system security and change management processes. - Provide process definition and best practices leadership that fosters efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility in systems design and implementation to maximize system value. - Support all resources in the analysis, development, delivery and ongoing support of systems and processes to ensure systems/business processes are working as designed. Assist in training and mentoring of other team members.
