Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 10% gross revenue commission
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team! This client is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the commercial real estate and mortgage industries. This individual will be dedicated to expanding the presence across a major Mid-Atlantic market.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven sales producer with an established book of business and deep relationships throughout the commercial real estate ecosystem.
You will join a collaborative national platform of highly respected professionals responsible for closing billions in commercial real estate transactions annually, leveraging best-in-class underwriting, operations, and client service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and drive new commercial title business through an existing network of relationships
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with developers, attorneys, lenders, investors, and institutional clients
- Manage and grow a personal book of business with a focus on long-term client retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to deliver seamless execution on complex transactions
- Identify market opportunities and position the firm as a preferred partner across the region
