JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring for a CNC Machinist. The CNC Machinist helps to set up and operate CNC Machines to fabricate space and defense parts per engineering specifications and customer supplied drawings. This individual will need to possess 2-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to effectively operate shop related tools and equipment. You will receive on the job training as to how to set up jobs and complete tasks with minimal supervision and maintain machine shop cleanliness and organization. Individuals will need to be proficient with a lathe set up and operation (Mazak Integrex).Need to have an understanding of G&M code, reading blueprints, troubleshooting productions issues, and conducting inspections. Day to day duties include loading and unloading raw materials/parts into CNC machine or waterjet machine, deburring parts, inspecting in-process parts, assisting with packaging of finished parts, monitoring shop supplies.
Shifts Available:
1. Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1:30am (42 hours)
2. Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm (36 hours)

Pay Range: $24/hr-$34/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years if relevant experience within a space/defense/highly precision machine shop with demonstrated ability to effectively operate shop related tools/equipment
- Ability to set up and operate a lathe
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fanuc controls experience
- Versatility across multiple machine centers
Salary : $24 - $34
