What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Boom Truck Operator position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking a Boom Truck Operator to support one of our large utility engineering and construction clients. This job is required to uphold an active Class A CDL license and the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Operates Company vehicle on a daily basis to deliver products, service tools and equipment.
• Operates boom truck crane to lift, move position or place equipment and materials such as transformers, reels, steel trench plates, and manholes etc.
• Will also work in the field with the crews completing work
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Boom Truck
- Experience lifting 10,000 lbs utilizing a boom truck crane
- Active Class A CDL drivers license
Pay: $28-$35/hour (flexible based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
