Day – to - Day:
Insight Global is currently hiring for a Casualty Claims Litigation Attorney for a top Insurance company in New Mexico. This Consultant will be responsible for guiding Claims Adjusters on the processes of navigating law and a court room for various types of claims for the organization. They will give legal advice to adjusters while partnering closely with trial attorneys. They will be a liaison between internal adjusters and defense attorneys. The day to day will include calls with Adjusters, internal Consultants, investigation claims, collaborating on different trials and prepping, responding and communicating via phone and email. They will also be responsible for monthly reporting.
