Position: Business Analyst
Duration: 1 year contract with possible extensions
Location: Warren, MI
Target Start Date: 1/26/2026
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm – Hybrid (In-person Tuesday-Thursday)
Pay Rate: $35 to $43/hr based on years of experience
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, open to equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- Highly proficient in excel and PowerPoint
Plusses:
- Prior experience working with automotive sales, product and/or incentive pricing data sources
- Solid Understanding of Microeconomics
- Understand relationships between Supply and Demand on Price
- Understand how price and incentives impact consumer behaviors
- Understand Elasticity and be able to calculate it
Summary:
The main function of a business analyst is to perform analysis on automotive sales, pricing, and incentives. The business analyst will be responsible for identifying data insights, developing reports, and/or presenting findings to management.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Provide regular reporting; Example: updates on EV tax credit changes (1–2 times per week)
- Deliver standard recurring reports as needed
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership decision-making
- Work with large data from multiple sources
- Identify trends and compile data into meaningful charts and graphs
Presentation:
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to internal leadership in a concise and impactful manner
- Streamline processes and drive efficiencies
Salary : $35 - $43
