One of our top healthcare clients is looking for a Business Analyst of Strategic Insights to join their Revenue Operations team and help turn data into meaningful insights that drive real business impact. This is a permanent opportunity (no sponsorship eligibility) that can sit fully remotely. In this role, you’ll work day-to-day with data and analytics teams to analyze trends, build dashboards in Tableau and Excel, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll support insight-driven projects end to end, handle ad hoc analysis requests, and help leaders understand not just what the data shows — but what it means and what to do next. This is a highly visible role focused on storytelling with data. You’ll partner closely with business teams and stakeholders, present insights, and influence decisions that impact revenue performance and operational efficiency. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys owning work, explaining insights, and seeing their analysis drive outcomes.
Must Haves:
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI, or similar role
- Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights (not just reporting)
- Intermediate SQL skills; able to independently pull and analyze data
- Intermediate Tableau experience building and explaining dashboards
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis)
- Experience analyzing trends and supporting business decision-making
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell the story behind the data
- Experience presenting insights to stakeholders and influencing outcomes
Plusses:
- Healthcare, payer, revenue cycle, or sales/operations analytics experience
- Experience leading analytics projects or acting as the point person on initiatives
- Exposure to predictive modeling, trend forecasting, or statistical analysis
- Experience measuring or communicating business impact (revenue, ROI, efficiency)
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python or statistical modeling tools)
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
