On Site 5x a week in Palm Beach Gardens, FL | 6 Month Contract | 30-35/HR
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support their program, a large-scale initiative focused on improving business processes, technology solutions, asset management, and operational efficiencies related to streetlight operations.
This individual will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, helping gather requirements, document processes, support solution delivery, and ensure successful implementation across multiple systems and workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with the ability to work in complex utility environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and optimize current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and process maps.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and cross-functional discussions with business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and project coordination.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Strong documentation skills, including creating business requirements documents, process flows, status reports, and project artifacts.
- Experience supporting data governance, data quality, and asset management initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS).
- Experience with SAP/CAMS asset and billing systems.
- Experience with Work Management Systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with Electric Office (EO) or similar engineering/design platforms.
- Experience supporting utility operations, field operations, asset management, customer service, or infrastructure-related initiatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, GIS, and enterprise system integrations.
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, and system integration concepts.
Salary : $30 - $35
