Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role (pricing, financial, or commercial analytics preferred)

- Strong analytical skillset with ability to derive insights from data and influence business decisions

- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience with pricing strategy, benchmarking, or financial modeling

- Experience building and interpreting pricing models/calculators

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)

We are seeking a Pricing & Analytics Analyst to support a commercial team focused on pricing strategy for trauma products. In this role, you'll help evaluate pricing opportunities, analyze data, and support contract pricing decisions that drive business growth and profitability.

Working closely with sales and cross-functional teams, you'll use data and analytics to provide insights, develop pricing recommendations, and support customer-focused strategies for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and models using Excel and Power BI.
• Support pricing strategy and contract evaluations.
• Partner with sales teams to assess pricing scenarios and provide recommendations.
• Help improve margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Pay: $30-38/hr
