Admin Assistant / Front Desk Representative

Insight Global is currently seeking an Admin Assistant / Front Desk Representative to join a client in the engineering industry. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees entering the facility, creating a professional and welcoming experience. They will be responsible for answering the company’s main phone line, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and transferring calls as needed. The representative will also monitor the front entrance, greet guests, and manage the visitor check-in process. In addition, they will assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations. Over time, this individual will have the opportunity to take on additional administrative responsibilities within HR and Marketing as they become more familiar with the business and its processes.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience • Exposure to HR or Marketing administrative support • Experience working in a professional office environment

COMPENSATION

$15/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
