Qualifications:
-2-3 years of experience in a coordination role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a recruiting or human resources function.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
-Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced scheduling tools; experience with Oracle/Sharepoint is highly preferred.
-Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact with people at all levels with a professional demeanor.
-A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
-A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
