JOB REQUIREMENTS: InsightFS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsinwith
23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. Insight FS
has 430 employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 50,000
customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, agri-finance,
precision agriculture, nutrient management, energy, feed, grain, and
turf. InsightFS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural
cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and
Ontario, Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Performs Clerical And
accounting duties related to accounts receivable, according to accepted
Accounting Standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Makes Daily Cash Deposits
and completes daily cash reports. Processes month-end accounts
receivable and sales in Dynamics. Analyzes and reviews monthly customer
statements, making necessary adjustments. Serves as customer contact for
statement questions and reconciles discrepancies. Processes invoicing
and related special reports. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS May be required to
cross-train and substitute for other office positions such as
receptionist, accounts receivable, credit assistant, etc. May be
required to pick up/drop off local products or materials by request.
Follows GROWMARK\'s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program,
Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures,
as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires Associate\'s Degree in Accounting, or the equivalent
thereof, and/or prior work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic
accounting functions and computer systems and programs Must have and
maintain a valid driver\'s license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrated Essential Abilities Business Knowledge, Collaboration,
communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may
include education on GROWMARK\'s policies and procedures and additional
training as it relates to the requirements of the position. Employment
