Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations. This role requires understanding of condominium maintenance, facilities management, and project oversight to ensure the safety, efficiency, and functionality of our property. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Manage maintenance projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems
- Maintain HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage)
- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies that improve operational efficiency
- Lead facility inspections to identify repair needs or potential hazards; coordinate repairs or upgrades as necessary
- Collaborate with project management teams on large-scale maintenance or renovation projects
