Our Company is seeking:
An experienced and highly motivated Painter for our Condominium in Midtown Miami, FL (33137).
Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday (7a-3p)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Experience in a high-rise condominium a plus
Responsibilities:
- Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager
- Complete daily work orders as scheduled
- Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use
- Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary
- Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing
- Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties
- Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart. Clean and store tools and equipment
