Reports To: Community Manager
Summary of Role: Provides Administrative and Operational Support
Work Hours: 16 hours per week during business hours
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare welcome packets to new owners
Upload and maintain access cards
Answer phones and assist homeowners with concerns or questions.
Respond to walk-in residents and visitors, and assist with concerns or questions.
Receive and manage daily mail.
File returned mail, deeds and new homeowner paperwork
Skills for Successful Candidate
Exceptional written communication (including grammar, spelling and formatting) and verbal communication.
Commitment to a high degree of detail.
Ability to plan and re-prioritize continuously throughout the day.
Commitment to customer satisfaction.
Task-oriented with a sense of urgency for completing assigned tasks.
Able to follow a task/project through to completion.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
