The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales within the lighting or electrical industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for design-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market share within the Western territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, specifiers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations, trainings, and on-site visits to promote PreciseLED solutions.
- Develop territory business plans and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Track opportunities using CRM tools and provide regular forecasting reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success from specification to delivery.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and training sessions as needed.
Required:
- 3 years of proven sales experience in the lighting, electrical, or architectural products industry.
- Established relationships with architects, lighting designers, and electrical distributors in the West Coast.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with custom lighting or specification sales.
