Join our team at Business and Finance Solutions (BFS) as a Training Specialist. We provide vital administrative, financial, and business support to various campus organizations and departments. We are seeking individuals who can excel in collaboration and producing innovative training materials for UCLA's administrative staff. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Training Lead and assist with planning and facilitating training sessions on essential financial functions. You will also be responsible for producing visually appealing training materials using tools like Canva, managing special projects, and ensuring the functionality and relevance of digital instructional resources. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in training and change management, we encourage you to apply. Special Instructions
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $7,500 monthly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
The duration of this contract position is 12 months and is subject to extension based on department's needs and budgetary restrictions.
This position is hybrid with the expectation of coming into the office at least once a month or on designated BFS OPS team days. Our office is located at UCLA Wilshire Center, 10920 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024.
