Position Summary

Salary Schedule: Appropriate placement on Salary Schedule E4 Grade 05 ($34,298 - $51,793) based on experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process Banner-related requests received from students, including form submissions via Dynamic Forms.
- Conduct inquiries and enter student information into the administrative software system as required.
- Assist with student registration each semester.
- Support the evaluation of student transfer credit as needed.
- Use the document imaging system to organize, maintain, and retrieve student records.
- Assist with processing student non-attendance and withdrawals each semester.
- Help develop and distribute student communications related to reminders and deadlines.
- Respond to inquiries received through the National Student Clearinghouse and Parchment transcript requests.
- Assist in responding to correspondence via email, mail, and in person from internal and external sources.
- Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting student records data and associated documentation as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including courteous and timely written and verbal communication.
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of documents, records, and other sensitive information.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Registrar or appropriate administrator.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in records office, student services, enrollment services, educational support services, or similar office experience required.
- Experience preferred working with high-volume, fast-paced environment.
