Position OverviewServes as a support person in the Print Lab in Chalmers Hall. Monitors and distributes student print jobs, restocks supplies, assists students, cleans and maintains a professional work environment.

Job Description
- 50%- Assist students in calculating cost of print jobs based on size and type of print; add funds to their BeakEm Bucks to pay for print jobs; answer non-technical questions
- 20%- Manage paper, toner, ink in printers; alert staff to low stock conditions
- 20%- Maintain and clean computer labs as needed
- 10%- Other duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of desktop software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Able to work evenings/weekends.
- Experience with printing, scanning, and basic algebra.
- Ability to work scheduled times reliably.

- This is an hourly position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly position and a salaried graduate position (GRA/GTA/GA) concurrently.
