Other Requirements For The Position
Primary Responsibilities
- Refactor and update existing code for websites and applications to modern standards.
- Implement and update code to modern security practices to ensure compliance with modern security protocols and standards.
- Elevate code quality and maintainability by applying best practices and using version control.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to test, troubleshoot, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Thoroughly document and track all modifications to code, database schemas, and workflows.
- Utilize version control platforms, such as Git, to manage the codebase and facilitate official releases.
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, C, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, and other programming languages.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Experience with relational database technologies.
- Flexible scheduling within business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) with 15-26 hours per week.
