Job Summary
This part-time student position supports the Office of Student Life on either the Macon or Cochran campus by assisting the Coordinator for Student Initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing student engagement, supporting community service efforts, and helping create meaningful experiences for both in-person and online students.

Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and community members
- Monitors and updates office bulletin board content to ensure accurate and current information is distributed to students
- Participates in virtual community sessions to help facilitate engagement with online students
- Assists with on-campus Student Life events, volunteer recruitment, and community service projects
- Maintains the confidentiality of student information as required by the University, state, and federal regulations
- Represents Middle Georgia State University with professionalism at all times
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Currently enrolled student at Middle Georgia State University for at least 6 credit hours, 12 credit hours preferably.
- Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
