- Build and maintain strong talent pools for future roles.
- Conduct outreach via networking, digital platforms, and direct communication.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.
- Create marketing materials to support searches.

- Prepare candidates for next‑step conversations.
- Draft candidate communications (invitations, disposition notices).
