What You'll Do And Who We Are Looking For
This is a Part-time position currently funded at .76 FTE (approximately 1,580 hour per year.
Possible Shifts
Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM;
Friday, 6 AM – to 12pm and 12pm - 6:30 PM
Work Modality: On-site work for all shifts.
Provides safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient bus transportation service to all members of the PCC community. Actively monitors traffic conditions to ensure road safety while remaining attentive to the overall environment on the shuttle bus. This role requires daily interaction with the public in a variety of situations and may involve working independently with minimal direct supervision while on route.

How We Determine Initial Salary Placement
The first two steps of the range are: $25.14 to $25.90 per hour. Higher salary placement may be available based on qualifications, experience and internal equity. Full Range: $25.14 to $40.34 Hourly Wage

Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent, with minimum of
- Six months experience in public service. Position requires effective interaction with customers and/or the public.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s license for operation of motor vehicle and have an acceptable driving record including five years of accident free driving, with no recent moving violations. (In your application or cover letter, please confirm that you have an valid Commercial Driver's license)

- Experience operating a shuttle bus while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience conducting routine safety inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and readiness.
- Experience communicating accurate and timely information to customers.
- Experience preparing and delivering clear verbal and written reports to supervisors regarding job status and any operational concerns.
