The Research Associate will support the Ohio Bee Survey through advanced data analysis, manuscript preparation, and laboratory activities. This position is a short‑term appointment focused on transforming existing datasets into publishable research products while contributing to ongoing laboratory operations.
Minimum Qualifications
This position is temporary, May 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026. The target salary is $48,500.00.

Position Type:Temporary (Fixed Term)
Scheduled Hours:30
Shift:First Shift
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience required;
- 3 years of relevant experience required with Bachelor's Degree,
- 1 year of relevant experience required with Master's Degree.
- Master’s degree in Ecology and Evolution or a closely related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in statistical analysis and data management
- Demonstrated expertise in taxonomic classification of bee species
- Proficiency in R programming for data analysis and visualization
