The University of Florida is looking for a Coordinator I to support academic scheduling, curriculum management, and classroom and exam coordination within the Office of the University Registrar. In this role, you will assist with event and course scheduling, maintain critical academic data, support registration and curriculum processes, and help ensure accurate, timely publication of the Schedule of Courses.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Academic Scheduling
- Review and process section change and update requests.
- Prepare scheduling files for future academic terms.
- Assist with during-term and final exam scheduling processes.
- Support development and maintenance of the Schedule of Courses.
- Coordinate with colleges and departments to ensure system access and deadline compliance.
- Manage and process non-academic classroom space requests using designated scheduling software.
- Collaborate with technical staff to run system scheduling processes.
- Respond to departmental questions related to scheduling activities.
- Add, update, and delete curriculum records within enterprise systems.
- Maintain the curriculum inventory file authorizing instruction for approved courses.
- Review course edit lists throughout the course development cycle.
- Work with departments to resolve curriculum and course data errors.
- Collect and analyze data related to classroom and facility utilization.
- Support institutional research, statistical requests, and enrollment-related reporting.
- Provide input and support for website content related to academic data.
- Provide accurate and timely service to faculty, staff, and students via email, phone, and other channels.
- Respond to inquiries related to scheduling, curriculum, and registration processes.
- Supervise student assistants assigned to the area, including daily task assignments, time approval, training, and performance evaluation and feedback.
- Cross-train to support multiple areas of the Registrar's Office during peak periods.
- Assist with reports, projects, correspondence, and other related duties as assigned.
