Responsibilities
The Support Coordinator is expected to facilitate FSU Quantum activities by helping to conduct faculty searches, advertise and administer postdoctoral and graduate student fellowships, develop disciplinary educational certificates, plan and organize programmatic seminars and symposia, monitor funding opportunities, interface with FSU Quantum partners, and regularly update information on the website.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include possessing a Bachelor's degree and having strong organizational skills, including the ability to file documentation, maintain email communication with participants and partners, and track commitments and deadlines as relevant to various activities of the center.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with assisting in program coordination or similar enterprise is preferred.

The schedule for this position will be 20 hours per week to occur between Monday and Friday. However, the exact schedule is flexible and will be discussed with the applicants of consideration.
