We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the successful execution of research projects. This position plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring that study timelines, protocols, and compliance requirements are met.
Working under general supervision, the Program Coordinator will oversee staff work assignments, manage participant recruitment and retention efforts, support data collection procedures, and maintain accurate and comprehensive tracking of study activities. The role is responsible for monitoring project progress, ensuring quality assurance, and preparing and maintaining IRB documentation.
The Program Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication, providing regular updates on project status to investigators, research staff, and community partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
