- Asset tag into
- Input info on Spreadsheets
- Walkthrough campuses
- Record keeping
- Computer and Software Proficiency
- Asset Management Software
- Input and generate reports, Databases
- Spreadsheet Software: Advanced skills in programs like Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Data Collection and Auditing: The ability to accurately collect, evaluate, and maintain asset information, as well as perform regular physical audits.
- Knowledge of Asset Lifecycles: Understanding the complete lifecycle of an asset, from acquisition and use to maintenance, disposal, and replacement.
- Troubleshooting: The ability to troubleshoot software and data-related problems within the asset management system.
- An associate's or Bachelor's degree or coursework in a related field is a strong qualification
- Provide a Certificate of Tuberculosis Exam for initial appointment (Note: The certificate must be renewed every 4 years as a condition of continuing employment);
- Have fingerprints taken by a Live Scan computer at the candidate's expense (Clearance must be received prior to first day of employment); AND
- Present original documents for proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
