Job Summary
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician to join the Division of Gynecologic Oncology for a full-time faculty position.
Responsibilities Include
- Serve as an attending physician within the UKHC system specifically in the Gynecologic Oncology clinic, inpatient unit, and consults in the Emergency Department, UKMD’s, Markey Cancer Center, Inpatient services.
- Serve as an attending surgeon within the UKHC operating rooms
- Provide Outreach Services (telehealth or in person) as needed
- Contribute to the teaching responsibilities of the Department including medical students, residents, and fellows
- Engage in scholarly activity pertinent to clinical care, education, quality and safety or health services
- Engage as a citizen of the Department and Division recognized by attending departmental and divisional faculty meetings, Grand Rounds, patient care conferences, tumor board and other important functions.
- Participate and serve on UKCOM, UKHC and University Committees as assigned
