Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support for the Edgefield County Campus while serving as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Manage student forms and documentation, coordinate advisor schedules and campus events, and provide guidance and support to students navigating admissions, financial aid, enrollment, and other student services. Monitor and troubleshoot classroom technology and interactive instructional equipment. Proctor exams in accordance with institutional policies and procedures. Deliver professional customer service, maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, and support special projects and campus initiatives.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
An associate degree or a high school diploma with at least two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service and effectively interact with diverse populations. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines, are essential.
The successful candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Candidates must also be willing to work a flexible schedule.
