DEPARTMENT: ASSESSOR’S OFFICE
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the county by answering the county switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate departments
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain files and retrieve records as needed with the ability to use a 4-step ladder
- Multi-task while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions at the direction of the Office Manager and Deputy Clerks
