- Circulation and reference assistance
- Shelving materials according to Library of Congress and local classification schemes
- Editing item data in the local catalog system for correct locations and workflows
- Processing interlibrary requests for physical loans and scans
- Processing of selected gift materials
- Enrollment in relevant undergraduate program
- Attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
- Musical knowledge/experience
- Ability to use computer applications and databases
- Customer service experience
