Job Summary

This position provides administrative support for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program primarily organizing and managing program-related paperwork.

This position is at our Cartersville Campus.

Applicants MUST be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College as a student.

Responsibilities

Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college¿s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies

Assembles folders with required forms and materials

Organizes and files paperwork

Makes copies and scans documents

Participates in mandatory training

this position does not supervise the work of others

Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and current GHC student with:¿

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) currently being met¿

Current-Year FAFSA on file with all verifications and any other requirements complete¿

Currently enrolled for at least six (6) credit hours (in most instances)¿

Some prior experience is preferred but not required.¿ Job specific training will be provided.¿

Interest in medical field is preferred. Proposed Salary

Salary is $12/hour

19 hours/week

Understanding of customer service with some experience

Ability to follow specific directions and instructions

Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately

Detail orientated
